Not sure where to complain?

Tell Jugaad what went wrong. We'll help you find the right official portal.

Three steps to the right authority

Jugaad does not file complaints. It helps you find where to file them.

Describe the problem

Type what went wrong in plain language — "bank deducted money", "train complaint", "insurance claim rejected". Jugaad searches across portal names, categories, and keywords.

Find the right authority

Jugaad matches your description with relevant official portals — government departments, regulators, and service providers — ranked by relevance.

Raise the complaint there

Click "Visit Official Portal" to go directly to the government or regulatory website and submit your grievance there. Jugaad does not handle complaints itself.

Important: Jugaad is an independent directory, not a government authority. It does not file complaints on your behalf, does not impersonate any official body, and does not collect personal information.

Prepare before filing a complaint

  1. Contact the company or service provider first. Most regulators require that you approach the company directly and allow them a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before escalating.

  2. Save your complaint reference number. You will need this when filing with the regulator or consumer commission.

  3. Keep all evidence. Preserve invoices, bills, screenshots, emails, transaction IDs, and any written communication.

  4. Check the regulator's escalation process. Each portal has specific eligibility conditions, waiting periods, and document requirements.

  5. Use formal forums where necessary. Consumer Commissions (via e-Daakhil), sector Ombudsmen, and courts are available for unresolved cases.

Who to approach, in order

  1. Company / Service Provider Customer care, nodal officer, or internal grievance cell of the concerned company or bank.
  2. Sector Regulator RBI Ombudsman, IRDAI Bima Bharosa, SEBI SCORES, TRAI, CPGRAMS, or other applicable authority.
  3. National Consumer Helpline (NCH) For goods and services complaints across sectors. Helpline 1915 · consumerhelpline.gov.in
  4. Consumer Commission (e-Daakhil) District → State → National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission for formal adjudication.

Jugaad is a directory, not a government authority.

Jugaad helps you find the appropriate official grievance channel. All complaints must be submitted directly through the relevant government, regulatory, or service-provider website. Jugaad does not receive complaints, does not represent any authority, and does not guarantee any outcome.
